What can the cloud do for you?
The cloud is consistently being defined as an ever-changing concept, yet it can be explained as a service over the Internet. Everyone has their own opinion and approach to using the cloud. Some see the cloud as a tool for technical purposes, some for business, and some for service. At Clarity ICT, we combine all 3 of those perspectives, taking a well-rounded view of the cloud, then figure out how we can make it help your business.
We are confident in our expertise in the technologies that power the cloud and the business opportunities that come with it. We are proficient in providing access to the service and delivery models that allow for access to the cloud. The experts at Clarity ICT work hard to help you define, plan and execute a cloud strategy that best fit the needs of your business.
Cloud computing stands as the main tool for the delivery and consumption of IT services for your business. Below we address three versions of the cloud:
Public clouds are usually online and they allow for anytime access to computing, storage and software applications for the user. Instead of being hosted on the site, the applications are more securely managed in data centers.
Private clouds are not shared (a contrast to public clouds). They are typically owned and managed by a single company. Private clouds have control over the way virtual resources and automated services are used and customized by a business. Private cloud technology allows you to provide far more control over resources and evade multitenancy.
Hybrid Clouds is a combination of the two. They use the groundwork of the private cloud combined with the strategic use of the public cloud’s service. A private cloud is unable to isolate itself from the remaining part of a company’s IT services and the public cloud. Many companies that use a private cloud will manage workloads across data centers, private clouds and public clouds, thus creating the hybrid cloud.
